In 1999 Chef-proprietor Karen Melanie a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and the International Pastry Arts Center,
well known on the New York food scene founded Melanie’s Bistro, an acclaimed Long Island Restaurant which she relocated to the
White Mountains of New Hampshire in 2004 with the Purchase of the Ammonoosuc Inn, a Circa 1888 Boutique New England Hotel.
The natural progression of Melanie’s off-premise catering was formed to meet
the growing demand for high-quality special events and entertaining throughout
the White Mountain Region.
