The Country Club at the Ammonoosuc Inn is an historic golf course located in the White Mountains of Lisbon New Hampshire. The golf course was constructed in 1928 by renowned golf architect, Ralph Barton. Characteristic of this era, you will experience undulating greens, scenic elevated tees and tricky approach shots. Our nine hole golf format provides an alternative set of tees for a different experience the second time around.

The Country Club offers a wonderful golfing experience and we have a full pro shop, retail & rentals, food & spirits in our club house bar as well as a short iron practice range and large practice putting green. Contact the Club House for tee times at 603-838-6004 and Ammonoosuc Inn 603-838-6118 for

Par 4
Hole Tip:
Focus on getting the ball under the hole on this difficult green. A difficult bunker hides behind the green.

Take enough club on your second shot to carry the left trap.

Par 3
Hole Tip:
There is a twenty foot drop to the right of the green so keep your tee shot left to avoid a difficult lob shot.

Par 4
Hole Tip:
Hole 6 can be driven from the tee, but it is a narrow landing area. If you miss right you will be in trouble. Make sure not to go to long on your second shot, OB is waiting.

Par 5
Hole Tip:
This par 5 isn't the longest but the tee shot is very demanding. Think about taking an iron off the tee to setup your second shot.

Par 4
Hole Tip:
A perfect tee shot would be a draw around the fairway bunker visible from the tee. Keep your second shot left if you miss the green. A deep gully waits short of the green and there are bunkers all around the back of the green.

Par 3
Hole Tip:
This short par three can produce a birdie if you position your tee shot on the green. If you miss the green left you will be faced with a tough bunker shot.
