AMMONOOSUC INN GUEST COMFORT POLICY 

  • The Inn not appropriate for children under the age of 15

    • Our goal is to offer a relaxing intimate atmosphere for romantic getaways.

    • As such, we do not have the facilities to entertain small children.

  • The Inn is a Smoke Free Facility (permitted in designated outdoor areas only)

    •  A section of our 150' covered Porch is available to our smoking guests.

  • The Inn is a Pet Free Facility

    • The Resident Pet is a Pembroke Welch Corgi - she is never permitted to roam around the Inn

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY 

A deposit of 50% of your Entire Stay is required to secure a Reservation.

  • In the event of a cancellation prior to 7 days of your arrival date, full deposit will be returned - No Fees.

  • In the event of a cancellation 7 days or less you will be charged for the full amount of deposit (50%)

  • NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES will be responsible for and charged for the entire stay.

BLOCKING ROOMS FOR EVENTS

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the Entire Block is required to secure a Reservation.

  • 2 Night minimum on weekends - you must reserve both Friday & Saturday

  • Unused Rooms within your block, will not be refunded. Your credit card on file will be billed the 50% room(s) balance

  • Deposit must be paid by check or cash - 

  • A Credit Card is required on file in the event of no-shows or cancellations 

  • A 10% discount is available for blocks of 4 or more rooms

  • The Inn not appropriate for children under the age of 15

ABOUT OUR POLICIES 

The Ammonoosuc Inn is a small nine room Inn. When you reserve one of our rooms, we remove the room from our inventory; we never overbook, so you are always guaranteed the room you selected. Since the room you booked is no longer available to other potential guest, we need to implement a reasonable cancellation policy. It is very difficult to rebook a room on short notice (3 days or less) and we have probably refused prior reservation requests for the room you selected.
